With 20 Pizzeria Molino throughout Switzerland, Ristorante Frascati in Zurich and Restaurant Le Lacustre in Geneva and now the new AMO e lino Pizza Bar with ambassador and DJ Carol Fernandez, Ospena Group AG has successfully established itself as a provider of authentic Italian gastronomy for more than 30 years. Christa Rigozzi has been a friendly ambassador of the Pizzeria Ristorante Molino since 2019. The group also operates the Marktgasse Hotel with the IGNIV Zurich by Andreas Caminada and the delish – la pinseria in the city of Zurich. Ospena Group AG employs around 500 people.

Over 30 years of Italian authenticity
Italianità per tutti: The history of the Pizzeria Ristorante Molino began in 1988 with the opening of the first restaurant in Uster. Five years later, the move into western Switzerland followed with establishments in Thônex (GE), Fribourg, Geneva, Montreux, Vevey, Zermatt and Crans-Montana.
Molino restaurants can also be found in German-speaking Bern, Zurich, Dietikon, Frauenfeld, Affoltern am Albis, Winterthur and Basel.
This sustained success is due to a recipe: carefully selected products and authentic recipes at 20 locations in Switzerland ensure that a lot of Italianità is served up in a relaxed and stylish atmosphere.
Be it crispy pizzas, the finest pasta creations, traditional fish and meat dishes or homemade dolci, the Molino team spoils its guests via take-away or in person always courteous, charming and competent.

The traditional townhouse has been home to hospitality and gastronomy establishments since the 15th century. Past and present merge under one roof, combining rich history with eclectic contemporary design.
From the striking and relaxed «Fine Dining Sharing Experience» in the restaurant IGNIV Zurich by Andreas Caminada and in the bar, to the varied Italian specialities in the delish – la pinseria.
Our boutique hotel offers 39 individually designed rooms, including 1 suite and 4 historic rooms, some of which still proudly display heritage elements. Each room is unique and is furnished with high-quality design furniture.
Fine-Dining-Sharing-Experience
“IGNIV by Andreas Caminada” opened in the historic city centre of Zurich on the 19th of February 2020.
The fine dining sharing experience thrives on aromatic, creative cuisine and consists of refined dishes which are served in small bowls and dishes, displayed on tiered stands and shared between the guests.
The interior with its imposing curtains and intimate sofa corners is a reference to the eventful history of this place.
At the Igniv Bar you can enjoy stunning cocktail creations, bar snacks or the excellent IGNIV Bar Dinner Sharing Experience Menu.

delish – la pinseria is one of the first pinserias in Switzerland – and brings culinary lightness to the Zurich gastronomic scene.
The pinseria is situated at a great location, in the Marktgasse Hotel, in the heart of District 1. This new hotspot restaurant offers takeaway and delivery and delights all discerning foodies with crispy pinsas, fine salads and seductive dolci.
